Tour Guide Information

In order to meet virtually with our students, we recommend you use or create a Google mail account. Once your account is complete, please choose the student with whom you would like to connect. To set up an appointment:

• Select a student's appointment link
• Click on an available appointment slot
• Fill out the description section with the required information
• Then click save 

The system will put the event on your calendar and the student's calendar. After, the student will reach out to you through Gmail, so please make sure you are logged into Gmail and ready to receive messages. If the tour guide doesn't have a meeting button or if you would rather just send an email, you can find student emails on their profile cards.
